Conductor Bunching

Various wires coming into a bunching machine which will be in charge of assembling them into a bunch or a strand.

Insulating Extrusion

The bunching or stranding wire is passed through an extruder, where the coating of plastic or other insulating material is applied.

Cabling & Assembling

Assemble the cable according to different utilities. This process is done in a cabling station.

Cable Sheilding

Shielding surrounds the power-carrying conductors of the cable and protects it by reflecting signal interference as well as picking up noise and conducting it to ground.

Cabel Sheathing

Sheathing process is to protect the insulation layer from the invasion of water, moisture and other harmful substances, to ensure that the performance of the insulation layer remains unchanged.
